The UKLakes project is currently funded by the Environment Agency and the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency and is managed by the Environmental Change Research Centre (ECRC) at University College London.

This site is designed and managed by Mike Hughes at ECRC.

Numerous people have been involved in the creation of the UKLakes (formerly GBLakes) website and would not have become a reality without help and enthusiasm from many people but especially Helen Bennion and Rick Battarbee (ECRC), Geoff Phillips and Simon Leaf (EA), Ian Fozzard (SEPA), Cath Duigan (CCW) to name a few.
